Order Cancellation

  • After Shipping: Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. You may refer to our Return Policy for further assistance on returning the item once it has been delivered.

Non-Cancellable Orders

Some products may be non-cancellable due to the nature of the item (e.g., personalized or special-order books). These items will be clearly marked as non-cancellable at the time of purchase.

How to Request a Cancellation:

Refunds:
